Sage considers investments relationships.
Thus, Sage selects its investment opportunities carefully, examines
them closely and commits fully to its portfolio companies. Sage aims
to create long-term value rather than limited short-term gain. Sage
accomplishes this goal through its thorough due diligence process
and continuous assessment of each of its portfolio companies’
operational performance and industry status.
As testament to Sage’s relationship orientation, approximately
one-third of the transactions to date have consisted of multiple investments
in the same companies. Sage has in some instances made 5 or more investments
in specific portfolio companies with such investments bridging or
fueling different stages of the portfolio companies’ life cycles. |
